Therapeutic Orientation

Cognitive behavioral work is integrated throughout the therapy, but a psychodynamic approach is implemented to root out unfinished business from the family of origin.

In family therapy, a systems approach is utilized to identify and assess the family's dysfunctional patterns and recognize the role each member plays in the family system.
